An internationalized domain name (IDN) is an Internet domain name that contains non-ASCII characters. Catalan is written with an slightly amplified variety of the Latin alphabet, consisting of 27 letters. IDNs in Catalan have not much interested domainers until now and this should not change radically in the future.
